We have observed that the Windows security feature, Smart App Control, can block the installation of certain applications. One specific example is it blocking the installation of SAP Crystal Reports which Worksheet uses for reporting. This can cause an error opening Worksheet after attempting installation on a new PC. You may need to disable smart app control to successfully install the Office software onto a new Windows PC.
Type "Smart App Control" into your Windows search or start menu to open the settings.
Change the setting to Off.
Reinstall your Office application.
Once the software is installed, and you have verified all is working ok, you may turn back on the setting if you wish.
