This article documents how to uninstall and reinstall the SAP Crystal Reports software that Worksheet uses to power the standard reporting system. The support team may ask you to remove and reinstall Crystal Reports to repair an error with the module or for troubleshooting. Follow the steps below to remove and reinstall Crystal Reports from your system.
- Fully exit and close the Worksheet software.
- Open the Control Panel from your Windows start menu.
- In the control panel, select the option to uninstall a program.
- Select "SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32-bit)" and then click Uninstall.
- Proceed to uninstall the software. If for any reason Crystal Reports is not showing installed, proceed with the next steps.

- Once reinstalled, reopen Worksheet and check if the original problem is now resolved.
