Issue
You have recently performed a software update to the Office software but the next time you attempt to open the Worksheet application you are presented with the following error message:
This will close the Worksheet.
Are you sure you want to close Worksheet? Yes or No
Solution
This error is usually a result of running the software update without the application being fully closed down. This prevents some files from getting updated, and the error then occurs next time you go to open the application. In most cases running a software repair will correct the issue. Follow the below steps to perform the repair.
- Click Yes to close the message.
- Also close AutoCAD if you are a CAP user.
- Open Windows file explorer and navigate to C:\Cyncly\Office\Install Files.
- Run the Setup.exe file.
- Choose the Repair mode and install.
- Once finished, check if the issue is solved.
