Cap: Trouble drawing a Visual Impression scene bound

Problem 

You are attempting to create a scene bound for Visual Impression in Cap and the lines you draw either do not appear or appear in an unexpected place.

Solution

Ensure you are in UCS World view when attempting to create a scene bound.
 

1. Type PLAN on the command line and press enter.
   
   
2. When prompted to enter an option, type W and press enter.
   
   
3. Try creating the scene bound again.
