Issue
You are currently unable to make option selections in the Options dialog due to a missing window or display issue and wish to reset the dialog back to default settings.
Solution
If you can open the Options window to some extent, you should be able to right click on the display bar near the "Available Options" heading and then choose Reset to Default from the pop up menu.
