Problem
Your computer is running the Killer Intelligence Center software and you are having a problem successfully signing into your Office Software, Downloader, or your Account.
Solution
Disable Prioritization Engine setting in the Killer Intelligence Center software.
1. Click your Windows start menu in the lower left and type the word Killer into the search field.
2. If the Killer software is installed on the computer it should show up as an application with the following Icon. It may be named Killer Intelligence Center or Killer Control Center. Click to open the application.
3. The Killer Dashboard screen should appear (Pictured below).
4. Click the Green switch for "Prioritization Engine" to turn that feature off.
5. Exit the dashboard and try signing into your Application again to see if this corrects the problem.
On newer versions of the software, this feature can be found by first clicking the gear settings icon in the upper right corner and then the All Settings button. The switch to disable it should then be visible.
Note:
If your computer does not have the Killer Software installed, or if it does but this does not solve the issue, then your sign in problem is likely caused by something else. Another common problem is a cache issue. You can attempt to clear your cache by following the steps in this article.
