Similar to the cache of your web browser, the Cache stores information related to the sign-in for your Office applications. Occasionally, an issue may arise that prevents you from signing into your program. Clearing the cache may resolve the issue.

You may download the following application which will automatically clear the Cache for you.
Close your Office applications.
Download and run the ClearCloudCache.exe

Once done, reopen your application and see if the issue is resolved.
