The new redesigned Specification dialog has been enhanced with clearer option group labelling and visible item numbers, making it easier to understand where you are in the specification process. Multiply quantities for multiple Worksheet lines

Cut Sheet Options: more flexible thumbnail layouts

Create specification sheets that look the way you want. New thumbnail layout options in Cut Sheet Templates let you display option thumbnails horizontally, vertically, or in multi-row and multi-column arrangements. Generate complete project documentation with less manual effort. Cut Sheets now support Standards and Typicals alongside individual products, automatically capturing key details to ensure your documentation reflects your design intent. Hedberg Specifier special cases data mapping

The Hedberg Specifier integration has been enhanced to correctly map special-case product information into Worksheet, including COM fabrics, custom laminates, paint specifications, engineering specials, and key details. Enhanced multi-window workflow

The multi-window experience has been improved to make working across multiple worksheets more intuitive. When Enable Multiple Windows is turned on, opening an existing worksheet from File > Open now automatically launches the file in its own separate window, providing a consistent experience across all file-opening methods. Easier access to Worksheet properties

We've simplified the Worksheet > Properties section of the ribbon, making the Worksheet Properties command easier to find. By reducing the prominence of less frequently used commands, you can access key worksheet settings more quickly and navigate the ribbon with greater ease.

Improved visibility for selected Worksheet rows

Selected worksheet rows are now easier to identify with enhanced visual highlighting. Active rows are displayed with a Cyncly pink highlight and bold item numbers, making it quicker to see which line is selected and reducing the chance of editing the wrong item.

Simplified display preferences management

We've improved the Display Preferences experience by organizing settings alphabetically and introducing new Worksheet Header formatting options. Restoring the default network SIF backup location

Managing Network SIF backup settings is now simpler. A new Reset Default option has been added to the Network SIF Backup preferences, allowing you to quickly restore the default backup location with a single click. This eliminates the need for manual registry changes and makes it easier to return to the standard backup behavior whenever required. For more information click here.

CAP and CAP Complete

Quote number tracking for CAP and CAP Complete specials

You can now enter a dedicated Quote Number when creating or editing Specials in CAP and CAP Complete. The quote number is automatically carried through the export and import process, ensuring it is correctly populated in Worksheet without the need for manual transfer or workarounds. This helps improve data accuracy and streamlines the workflow between CAP and Cap Complete with Worksheet. For more information click here.
