You can now access the Office Bot directly within the Worksheet, providing instant AI-powered assistance without leaving your work. Ask questions and get help directly inside the application which contains all of the information from the Support Centre and even has the ability to start a support ticket.

Advanced multi-level sorting
You can now sort worksheets with greater flexibility using multi-level sorting with mixed ascending and descending order. You can now sort using multiple columns with independent sort directions, combine ascending and descending sorting in a single configuration and, automatically retain sorting when importing data from CET via XML.

Compare feature: improved usability and modern design
The Compare feature has been redesigned to deliver a cleaner, more intuitive experience giving a refreshed interface with updated Cyncly branding and clearer layout. This includes a simplified file selection with improved labels and actions. The Comparison criteria is now accessible directly in the main window and a new .csv file output option for generated results. There has also been a removal of unused or redundant options to streamline the workflow

Improved import experience

Improved Find & Replace Workflow
Find and replace more efficiently with a persistent search window that stays open while you work. The Find and Replace window now remains open when searching or replacing values this means you can repeatedly select Find Next to move through all matching results. A Close button has been added so you can dismiss the window when you are ready.
Contact search in Contacts window
Finding contacts is now quicker and more efficient with a new search feature in the Contacts window. Instantly filter results as you type, without manually scanning lists. Improving efficiency when managing contact information. For more information on the Contacts window click here.

Production upgrade and performance improvements
Benefit from improved performance, security, and reliability with the production upgrade of Cap Complete. Library updates will improve performance, security, and functionality. These enhancements will support improved user experience and platform compatibility.
Note: Customers should export their custom settings before upgrading to the new version. If the settings are not exported prior to the upgrade, their custom settings may be lost and will need to be reconfigured manually. For more information click here.
Fixes
Catalog installation permissions error
In some cases, users attempting to install a catalog from the Catalog Center were shown an error message indicating they did not have the required permissions. This message was incorrect and prevented the installation from completing.
This issue has now been fixed, and catalog installations proceed as expected when users have the appropriate access.
