Worksheet performs fine when first opened but eventually becomes slow after being opened for 10 minutes or more. Scrolling up and down the worksheet becomes slow or unresponsive. Drag and drop of parts from the content explorer also takes longer. Printing the worksheet seems to take longer than normal. Closing and reopening the program resolves the issue but the symptoms return once worksheet has been left open for a while.
Running Worksheet in compatibility mode for Windows XP will cause this problem.
We recommend not to run Worksheet in any form of compatibility mode. Please follow the steps below to disable Compatibility mode.
- Right click on the Worksheet shortcut you open the program with.
- Select Properties.
- On the Properties window, click the Compatibility tab.
- Verify that "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" does not have a check mark in the box.
