No items are being displayed for optioning in Global Options and/or most items are being reported as filtered.
The most common issue is that the items are not up-to-date against the currently installed catalog. Try running an update against catalog on the worksheet to see if that resolves the issue.
- Return to the Worksheet view.
- Go to the Worksheet ribbon tab and choose Update against catalog...
- Click the Update button.
- Now return to the Global Options View and see if the items are no longer filtered.
Other common reasons the items may still be filtered.
- Locked Line items.
- Items that have no options available.
- Items not found in the catalog or non-standard items.
