This version introduces a file format change, that files saved on the 2024.2 version of worksheet will not directly open on previous versions. For more information on this topic click here.
Improvements made to Cut Sheets - Cut sheets have been improved to be displayed as Portrait or Landscape. This can be set in Preferences > Cut Sheets under the heading Orientation.
Cut Sheets can now also contain the information held in the majority of the Worksheet columns #. These can be selected in Preferences > Cut Sheets and check the columns to be included in the Cut Sheet.

Create customized ribbon- You will now be able to create your own personalized ribbon containing your most frequently used icons/functions. For more information click here.
Add multiple subtotals based on multiple sorts - An improvement to functionality that was already in Worksheet you can now view multiple sorts with their own sub-totals. On the Worksheet ribbon select Multiple Subtotals this will open a window to select which columns you want to sort and create subtotals for. For more information click here.
Lock the Options dialog - New controls have been added to the Options dialog. There is a new option Views on the bottom tool bar. Here you can reset the windows to default and lock the separate windows so they cannot be accidently closed when working on the Options of items. For more information click here.
Choose the file location for Network backup files - Select and set a folder in your Preferences to store backup .sif files in a different location to the .sp4 files for active projects. This file will enable you to restore the project if for some reason the .sp4 file becomes corrupted. For more information click here.
Change the order of your catalogs - Set the order your catalogs appear in the software using a new option in the Preferences dialog. Use the arrow keys to move your most frequently used catalogs to the top of the list and reduce time scrolling through catalogs.
New total yards column added to worksheet - This is to save you time from having to manually figure out the yardage and cost of materials. This new column can be added via customize columns option and should you wish to export the worksheet as an OFDA XML data from this column will be included.
Note: The field will only accept numerical data, which is added manually and can be reckoned via the calculator in the column.
New pricing check status - If any field is changed after submitting the pricing request the cloud green check will be removed. This will prompt you to run pricing center again, which will help reduce pricing errors.
Opt-out of the auto update - In version 2024.0 we introduced an automatic update of the software which runs in the background. There is now an option in Preferences > Common tab to opt-out of the automatic update. This is only for users that use an IT/Admin to manage their updates. It is not recommended to opt-out as you will need to manually update for each release. For more information click here.
Improvement to the formatting of addresses - There will now be separate address line 1 and line 2 in Worksheet properties for use in headers and footers, for example on the quote.
Bug fixes - Contains some minor bug fixes.
