Issue
You click to open Giza and the splash screen logo appears and goes away but the program never appears on the screen.
Solution
A common issue could be that the program did open correctly but has opened in a minimized condition. Look at the windows task bar at the bottom of the screen and look for the Giza icon. A blue or colored bar under the icon indicates the application is opened.
To Make the Program Appear
1. Hover your mouse cursor over the icon (Do not click) and you should see a little preview window of the application slide up above the icon.
2. Move your mouse cursor up over the preview image and then right click.
3. From the right click menu choose "Maximize"
4. The Giza application should then appear on screen.
