Problem Description
You attempt to draw or place a furniture item and receive the following error message: "Cannot execute command." A main drawing window is required for this ARIFlex command.
Solution
Many commands in Giza require that the main drawing window be open. If both the 2D and 3D Display windows get closed out, you will receive similar errors for any commands that would normally be used to draw an item in Giza, such as placing a catalog item, drawing walls, dimensions, or text.
Click the 2D button on the toolbar to ensure the main 2D Plan window is opened and then try your command again.
