On-Demand Content in Worksheet
Cyncly is introducing a new, streamlined method for delivering office catalogs. This feature is designed to make catalog updates faster, easier and more flexible for both manufacturers and dealers. A new Catalog Center is the hub for managing Manufacturer and Material catalogs. For more information click here.
Annotations updated to Comments
The Annotation column is relocated at the right-hand end of the worksheet and has been renamed Comments. This column contains only plain text and will be included in printouts, reports and sort by criteria. This allows the comments to be exported and imported in the OFDA XML format. Older SP4 files will be migrated and change the column Annotation to Comments.
UI/UX updates
There is a new look help toolbar making it quicker and easier to access help and support:
Click here to view in full screen
The Home sidebar has been enhanced to make it clearer that there are dropdown menus. Also some of the menu terms have been improved.
Before After
AIS export now an XML file type
The Export Center has been updated, the MFG Specific AIS export is now an .xml file and will no longer show .sif as the export file type.
Giza memory improvement
The memory allowed for use when using Giza has been doubled. Users would often see a memory error when trying to render large scenes, this improvement should alleviate this going forward.
Sort manufacturers in the Content browser
Sort manufacturers and catalogs in the Content Browser in the Preferences dialog. This makes the Content Browser dramatically more efficient so you are not constantly scrolling to find the catalog you require. For more information click here.
Round up the price in the EXT Sell column
There is a new feature enabling you to round up the prices in the Ext Sell column. The round up will be implemented in the Pricing Center and Report generation as well. The Worksheet will save it, keeping the figures rounded when reopened. For more information click here.
Fixes
- The Quick Options remained active in Global Options when disabled in the Preferences dialog. This has been fixed in this release.
- The Advanced Report Designer window could not be resized to any other size when it was open in window mode.
- Running a Pricing Center update after doing an Update Against Catalog with the option Validate items after update is complete would cause Worksheet to crash.
- There is now an error message for users who are logged in as a standard windows user (Guest user) to advise them that the Pricing Module will not launch if there is a module update. This is due to the user not having sufficient rights to overwrite or delete an existing folder.
-
Cut Sheets Pro would in some cases skip items when controls are copied in the template.
- In some cases the Import SIF fails when shift + enter line breaks were used in the description column. This has now been resolved.
- The Advanced Report Designer was unable to perform Save As for standard products. This has been corrected in this build.
- The Advanced Report would not reflect Price Adjustment Values if, grouping was present in the design.
- The Assign dialog had a sizing issue which would cause column headings to disappear in certain screen resolutions. This has been corrected in this release.
