The Quick Access Toolbar in Worksheet is a place you can access your most used commands no matter what ribbon tab you currently have open. The default location of the Quick Access Toolbar (abbreviated as QAT for the remainder of this article) is in the upper left corner of Worksheet and has the default commands of New, Open, Undo, Redo, Import Center, Export Center, Pricing Center, Save, and Print. You may customize the QAT to add additional commands and also to remove commands.
Customizing the Quick Access Toolbar
Click the downward facing arrow to access the customize menu.
From the customize menu choose More commands... A dialog will then appear in which you can browse the commands from the various ribbon tabs to add to the QAT. You may also change the order of the commands by using the up and down arrows. You may restore the QAT to its default command list by clicking the Reset button. You can also remove commands by using the Remove button.
Adding Commands to the Quick Access Toolbar
Commands may also be added to the QAT directly from the ribbon. Right-click on any command from the ribbon and choose Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
Removing Commands from the Quick Access Toolbar
You may remove any pinned command from the QAT by right clicking on it, and choosing Remove from Quick Access Toolbar.
Changing the Location of the Quick Access Toolbar
The QAT can be positioned either above or below the ribbon. Select Show Below the Ribbon to position the QAT below the Ribbon. Select Show Above the Ribbon to position the QAT above the ribbon.
