The Office Bot is an AI-powered assistant integrated directly into the Worksheet. It provides real-time help, guidance, and answers to your questions without requiring you to leave your current task.
This feature is designed to help you work more efficiently by delivering support exactly when and where you need it.
You can use the Office Bot to:
- Ask questions about Worksheet functionality
- Get guidance on using features
- Find relevant help content quickly
- Start a support ticket
To open the Office Bot:
The Chat bot icon is available in two places in Worksheet.
The Ask AI bot icon is available in the top right corner next to your name. Or alternatively access it via the Help ribbon in the section Customer Support the icon is available with the label Ask AI.
Ask a question
- Open the Office Bot by selecting Ask AI either in the Help toolbar or in the top right corner next to your name.
- Enter your question in the chat field.
- Press Enter to submit your question.
- Review the response provided.
Tips for best results
- Ask clear and specific questions.
- Include relevant details (for example, the task you are trying to complete).
- Try rephrasing your question if the answer does not fully resolve your issue.
