Visual Impression: Unable to Orbit or Tilt the View

Problem

You are unable to orbit or tilt the view in Visual Impression.

Solution

You may unknowingly be in 2 Point Perspective mode.

  1. Select the Rendering Mode button on the dashboard.

  2. Here you may toggle between 2PT and 3PT perspective modes. Set the mode to 3PT perspective if you wish to orbit or tilt the view.

Note: The 2PT perspective toggle was moved to the dashboard as of the 2018 software. If you cannot find the setting as described above, you may be using older software. The setting for 2PT perspective would then be located in the upper left Visual Impression menu under settings.
