Office is a suite of applications consisting of Worksheet, Giza, Cap, Cap Complete, and Visual Impression. Regardless of which of these programs you use, the overall software version applies to all of them. Software updates are typically released on a quarterly basis. A major version release in the spring followed by three minor updates.
Note: The software version applies to the application only and is not related in any way to manufacturer catalogs which are installed and updated separately from the main software program.
How to verify your software version.
- Open the Worksheet application.
- Go to the Tools tab and select Preferences.
- Select the About button on the left edge of the preferences window. Your version information will then be displayed as seen below.
Legacy Versions
Software versions prior to version 2025.2 had the about button located under the help menu. If you do not find the about button as described above, then you may be on an older version that had the about button located under Help as outlined below.
- Open the Worksheet application.
- Go to the Help tab and select the About icon.
- Your installed version is displayed in the Version Information area of the About screen.
How to check for a newer software version
You may check for available updates from the Help menu of your applications.
You may also compare your installed version to the current software version available for download on Cyncly Account. The most current software version is always available for download in the Downloads & Catalogs section of your Cyncly Account.
