On Demand Content updates
Added encryption methods
We have added full support for environments where Window FIPS compliant algorithms are enabled. Previously the FIPS mode could cause catalog downloads to fail or show errors due to blocked non-FIPS encryption methods. With this update, the application can securely download data, verify digital signatures, and handle file encryption and decryption using FIPS approved methods.
Additional category for discontinued manufacturers
The Catalog Center has a separate section so you can easily see which manufacturer catalogs have been discontinued. It is not automatically removed as you may have a design in the system using that catalog. To remove them, go to Uninstall in the Catalog Center and complete the uninstall process.
QuickSearch Index improvement
The QuickSearch Index will now only look at catalogs with items within them to Index. Previously placeholder catalogs that have no items in them would present an error message as there were no items to index.
Worksheet updates
Multi-cell copy and paste
Save time and reduce errors when carrying out repetitive tasks, this new feature that mimics the behavior of Excel will revolutionize how you use Worksheet. Copy a value from one cell and paste it into multiple selected cells or click and drag across multiple cells. For more information click here.
Pricing Center update: HMI rebranded to MillerKnoll
In the Pricing Center there were many outdated instances of Herman Miller and Knoll creating confusion, and inconsistencies with the data across systems. All pricing data is now under the MillerKnoll brand identity, this has created a scalable foundation for future pricing updates.
Send to OFS My Projects
The new Send to MyProjects feature lets you send your entire Worksheet to the MyProjects system with a single click. After you finalize the Worksheet and select Send to MyProjects, the system will send all OFS/CAR items and automatically skip any non-OFS/CAR items. Once the data is sent, you’ll receive a success message with a link, and clicking that link will open your project directly in MyProjects. For more information click here.
e-manage - API Connection/Specifier
Say goodbye to manual data entry. Dealers using Cyncly tools and e-manage can now benefit from a seamless bi-directional API integration that keeps both systems perfectly in sync. Project details, pricing, and customer information transfer automatically between platforms, reducing errors, speeding up project delivery, and creating a smoother, more efficient path from sale to installation.
View release notes
View the latest release notes directly in Worksheet. No more multiple tabs or being redirected out of the software, view the release notes at any time by selecting the option from the Help toolbar. The window will automatically pop-up when you first sign in after a software update.
Added accessibility with high contrast themes
We are committed to being an accessible programme and to improve Worksheet for all users but it came to our attention that we have a low contrast user interface. Worksheet will now automatically change to your Contrast theme set in your Windows Accessibility settings. For more information click here.
Fixes
- In some cases text from Worksheet properties would not display properly on advanced reports.
- The call support information on the Help ribbon displayed the incorrect number.
- Catalogs being updated via new On Demand Content process was defaulting the Prize Zone to 1. This update corrects this and takes the same Price Zone as the previous version.
- In some cases the partial uninstallation of a catalog in On Demand Content failed when Giza was not installed.
