Create a space report

This command creates a report showing the number of square feet defined by a Cap Bound. For example, if you defined a bound for each department, you may want to know the area occupied by each department.

1. Make sure the current drawing has a Cap bound defined.
   
   

2. From the Office menu, select Worksheet, and then Create Space Report. You may also use the Office ribbon.
   
   This launches the Create Space Report wizard.
   
   Click to select the folder to store this Space Report in.
   
   Enter a File Name, and then click Save.
   
   

3. Enter an optional Title.
   
   

4. Click Back to review information or click Next.
   
   

5. Once the report is created, click Finish and the Space Report you just created will open automatically in text format.
   
   Note: If you don't wish to open the Space Report clear the Open Space Report file check box before clicking Finish.
