In this exercise, you will create a presentation document that includes a workstation in Plan view and in 3D. In the same drawing you will also use Cap Objects to dress up the 3D station. At the end you will add a list of products, called a draw schedule.
Before proceeding, build a workstation using Plan View symbols.
Copy the plan to 3D:

From the Office menu, select Tools, Copy Plan to 3D. You may also use the Office ribbon.

Select all the symbols for the plan view workstation.

Select a base point on the plan view workstation.

Select a second point off to the right. A 3D workstation appears. Notice that it has no tags.
-Create the worksheet file:

From the Office menu, select Worksheet, Create Worksheet File.

Select the plan view workstation. Click Next.

Give the worksheet a name and a title. Click Next.

Clear the check box beside Open Worksheet File check box. Click Finish.
Create the draw schedule:

From the Office menu, select Worksheet, Draw Schedule From Worksheet.

Select the worksheet you just made and click Next.

Do not check Include Options or Include Attributes.

Select a point under the standard for the location of the draw schedule.

Enter a Text Size of 4 ".

Click Finish.
Put all three parts together using the Layout function. Your layout should look similar to the image below.
