This Custom Catalog file (.cc4) can be used and accessed by other people in a company by placing the custom catalog on a network.

You can place items into your Custom Catalog through both Worksheet and Cap.

A Custom Catalog is different from a Manufacturer’s Catalog in that you can add and edit items, descriptions and pricing into your Custom Catalog.
Note: When you place an item in a custom catalog, you are responsible for updating its price. If you want to use the current pricing from the manufacturer's catalog, you will need to update against a manufacturer catalog
