Using Transparent Walls in Giza
Walls oftentimes hide the furniture you need to view in 3D. For example, this small office is completely obscured by the walls in a 3D render or hidden line view.
Walls can be changed to decrease transparency, giving the illusion of being see-through.
- Return to the Plan view.
- Select the wall segments you wish to make transparent and then right-click on one of them.
- Choose Change Transparency
- Select the desired transparency setting and click OK.
Transparency Settings
The default transparency setting for newly created walls will be opaque. You can choose from the various levels of transparency up to fully invisible. In the 3D color render view, you will see the effect of the different percentages. "Hidden Line" render will render any wall not using the opaque setting as if set to fully invisible.
