The below steps will reset Giza to original installation settings. This can be used as a troubleshooting step or to resolve undesired behavior due to an inadvertent settings change.
Note: any customization you did to Giza in the options menu will also be reset, such as custom background color, drawing file location, etc.
- If you currently have a drawing open, click the Save button to save your work if needed as resetting to defaults will cause Giza to close.
- From the Tools menu, choose Save Settings...
- Click the button Restore Default Settings.
- Click OK in the following dialog to confirm the reset.
- Giza will now close.
- Reopen Giza and the default settings will be restored.
