Preview before printing

Click on the General toolbar.
 

Using the buttons at the top of the preview tab, you can print, go to the next or previous page, view two pages at a time, zoom in and out, and close the print preview.

If the print preview looks correct, click Print.  

If you need to modify the cover page layout before printing, click Close then make the changes.
