You can group components together so that they are treated as one entity.
To put components in one group:

Click on the first component to select it.

Press and hold the CTRL key, then click the other components.

Right-click then select Grouping, Group.
To ungroup:

Click on the group to select it.

Right-click then select Grouping, Ungroup.
