Some catalogs have option preview available.
In some cases, a popup dialog will appear and you will have to enter your finish (customer's own material).
You can skip over an option group by clicking on the Next Group button at the top of this area. -

An option is selected and complete when there is a green checkmark in the Flag column.
If you see a red flag in the Flag column, it means that the option was selected automatically by Quick Options. You can accept this selection by clicking on the red flag or change the selection by highlighting it and clicking the Verify button. -
If all option groups are checked when the finishes are applied, then all finishes are specified in the current worksheet.
Click Apply to take the finishes selected and apply them to the appropriate line items in the specifications. If you forget to do this before leaving Global Options, you will be prompted to do so.
Note: If you make changes in Global Options then click Refresh before clicking Apply, refreshing will discard the selections you made in Global Options and will reapply the options set in the worksheet.
The Refresh button forces the Global Options tab to take a look at the current worksheet and pull existing finishes into the Global Options tab. This is normally done when you enter the Global Options tab but if for some reason you chose not to refresh, this button will perform that function.
