Outline levels allow you to better organize your worksheet. For example, you would use an outline level for a floor, building or room name. Within each outline level you would have your parts and standards. When you print the worksheet, you can show only the outline levels to be able to quickly look at pricing per level.
You can create outline levels from the worksheet or from a Cap drawing. In Cap, you would create CAP bounds and this will be represented in Worksheet as an outline level. See the Bounds section in the CAP Designer online help for details.
