5. Click the Retrieve Pricing button. A progress bar will display on the screen until the process has finished.
7. When the process is completed, information is displayed in the summary page.
8. Review your items to ensure the update is complete.
-
Cloud Status: A green check indicates the update was successful
A red X indicates a failure
If this statusappears it indicates that fields for that item line have been edited so running Pricing center again is recommended to ensure your pricing is correct.
-
PZ Currency: This should be updated if you selected a price with a different currency.
-
Unit List: The pricing will be updated in this column. Other pricing columns, such as Extended List, should update accordingly.
- Status: If blank then the update was successful. Otherwise, it will contain an error message. For example, in row 3 below the status returned from the Workrite catalog in Cloud is Product is not available since the BADPARTNUMBERSAMPLE was not found.
Tips
- In general, it is recommended that you fully Option the parts and perform an Update Against Catalog from the Worksheet menu before requesting pricing. Ensuring every line is updated will help avoid errors. This it at your discretion as there are some scenarios where you may not want to update.
- You may use the Lock column in Worksheet to lock items before pulling pricing. This will prevent those lines from being updated by the Pricing Center.
