If you have specified products in Worksheet and wish to revert the items back to be unspecified, you can follow the steps below.
- Select the line item(s) in the Worksheet you wish to remove the options from. If you wish to do the entire worksheet, you can go to the Home tab, Select, and choose All to quickly select all the line items of the worksheet at once, or use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A.
- From the Item tab, select Delete, and then choose Option. If you wish to remove both Options and Attributes, you can also select Options + Attributes instead.
- Click Yes on the confirmation message if you are sure you want to delete the options from the selected items.
- You should now see the options removed from your line item(s). The update against catalog symbol will now appear next to the line item(s)
- Go to the Worksheet tab and select Update Against Catalog.
- Click the Update button to update the worksheet.
- Your line item(s) should now be reset to Skipped Options ready to be re-specified as required.
