The Merge feature allows you to combine two or more Worksheet files. This is a very useful tool if you want to quickly create a master worksheet from many individual files.
- Open the first worksheet file that you wish to merge other files into.
- From the File menu, select Merge.
- Select the worksheet(s) you wish to merge into your current open file.
- Click Open.
Items from the selected worksheets will be added automatically into the current worksheet. This will also automatically consolidate identical items for you.
Note: You can merge several worksheet files together at the same time. During step 3 above, use your CTRL or SHIFT keys to select several files in the same folder at once.
