The draw schedule commands allow you to insert a table of items contained in either your drawing or a Worksheet file. This can be helpful for installation drawings or to create a presentation.
Here is an example of a draw schedule inserted into a drawing
The commands for Draw Schedule and Draw Schedule from Worksheet are available from the Office Ribbon in the Worksheet Panel.

Plotting Schedule Color Workaround
The default white color used for the schedule may not show up when plotted to a white background. If you wish the white text to plot black such as when plotting to monochrome.ctb then the following modification to the schedule can be done to ensure the white text used in the schedule plots black.
- Type PROP on the command line and press enter to open the properties palette.
- Left click into the upper leftmost text cell of the draw schedule. Then hold down the shift key on the keyboard and then left click the lower rightmost text cell of the schedule. This should select all the text cells in between so that the end result is that all the text cells are currently selected.
- In the properties palette scroll down and set the text color to ByLayer.
